Vibrant Gujarat Summit has been gestating since 2003, conceptualized by current Prime Minister and the then Chief Minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendra Modi. The prime objective behind this summit was to make Gujarat as the preferred investment destination in India. Each year a different strategy is implemented in order to reach that goal. This summit takes place every second year and this is the 9th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit.
The partner countries for this year’s summit are UAE, Morocco, Uzbekistan, Australia, Czech Republic, Canada, Denmark, France, Japan, Morocco, Norway, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, Netherlands. Moreover, the president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev is expected to attend the Vibrant Gujarat International Investment Summit. It is anticipated that this summit will gain the commitment of investments worth Rs. 50K crore!
